- StreamVia Service: VPN or SmartStream?
- Operating System/Device: e.g. Windows 7
- Connecting from: e.g. Home, hotel, public WiFi, school, etc
- Problem: e.g. Cannot open site www.xyz.com. Make sure to include any error messages, with the description of the problem.
If a site appears to still be blocked, despite being connected to our service, please provide the Tester results from http://test.streamvia.com when opened on the device you're trying to use, either a copy/paste, screenshot or photo.
