Technical Issue?
Please include as much information as possible if you are requesting assistance with a technical problem, helpful information may include the following:

  • StreamVia Service: VPN or SmartStream?
  • Operating System/Device: e.g. Windows 10, macOS, iPad, etc
  • Connecting from: e.g. Home, hotel, public WiFi, school, etc
  • Problem: e.g. Cannot open site www.xyz.com. Make sure to include any error messages, with the description of the problem
  • Tester Results: Copy/paste of the Tester results, http://test.streamvia.com, when opened on the device you're seeing the problem with
