Please include the below information if you are requesting assistance with a technical problem:

  • StreamVia Service: VPN or SmartStream?
  • Operating System/Device: e.g. Windows 7
  • Connecting from: e.g. Home, hotel, public WiFi, school, etc
  • Problem: e.g. Cannot open site Make sure to include any error messages, with the description of the problem.

If a site appears to still be blocked, despite being connected to our service, please provide the Tester results from when opened on the device you're trying to use, either a copy/paste, screenshot or photo.

PLEASE try to avoid simply sending 'Not working', some days our telepathy skills are lacking! ;-)
